2. Products & Services

  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee exact colors or appearances on all screens.

  • Our products are sold under Cottage Food Law and are not subject to state inspection.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed through our store are subject to acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Because our snacks are food products, returns are not accepted.

5. Shipping

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers once an order leaves our facility.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
