Refund policy

At Give Back Snacks, we take pride in the quality of our freeze-dried fruit snacks. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once they leave our facility for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@givebacksnacks.us. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
